What You’ll Be Working On

  • Partnering with senior leaders to bring the people strategy to life

  • Driving organisational design, team effectiveness and change initiatives
  • Building leadership capability, succession plans and talent pipelines
  • Embedding pragmatic frameworks across performance, capability, wellbeing and inclusion
  • Working closely with the broader P&C team to deliver consistent, high quality solutions
  • Leading HRBP/s to deliver seamless support to leaders throughout the operation

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience partnering with executives and senior leaders to deliver people and business outcomes
  • Strong background in organisational change, design or transformation
  • Credible in leadership coaching, facilitation and improving team effectiveness
  • Experience shaping culture, engagement and leadership capability, including succession and talent development
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with a collaborative, pragmatic and commercially minded approach
  • Experience working with Operational teams
